Hi, I’m Amber and I’ve pretty much built my entire career around understanding people.
I bartended my way through college, and it turned out to be the best crash course in human behavior I could have asked for. I learned how to listen, observe, and figure out what people really need. I also mastered multitasking while everything is on fire and how to still keep a smile on my face.
After that, I went into social work because I’ve always cared deeply about helping people. But honestly, it was heavy. I had a hard time turning it off after work, and I realized I needed to find a path that still let me connect with people, just in a way that felt a little lighter and more sustainable.
Those experiences taught me something powerful: every story matters, and connection is EVERYTHING.
That’s what led me to recruiting. It’s the perfect mix of strategy and heart. I help businesses find the right people, not just on paper, but in culture, mindset, and values. And for job seekers, I help translate who they are into resumes and LinkedIn profiles that truly reflect their strengths.
Over the years, I’ve learned that great hiring isn’t just about resumes and job descriptions. It’s about clarity, communication, and genuine connection. When those things come together, everything else falls into place. I started my business because I wanted to make hiring feel more human, built on honesty, respect, and a real understanding of what makes people tick. Finding the right hire doesn’t just strengthen a business; it can completely change someone’s life.
Today, through my company, I help small businesses hire smarter and more intentionally, and I help job seekers show up confidently in their careers. It’s meaningful work, and I love being part of those moments when the right people find each other.
